Yes, Alignor™ can be used for light metalworking and welding setups where a 90° hold is needed, but it’s designed primarily for woodworking.

How many clamps do I need for cabinet making?
We recommend at least two Alignor™ clamps for basic box frames, but four will allow you to square up larger cabinets more efficiently.
How to use
- Position the Alignor™ clamp on the corner of your wood panels.
- Adjust the L-bolt until the clamp holds the panels firmly at 90°.
- Apply glue if needed, then leave the clamp on while the adhesive cures.
- Remove the clamp and continue with assembly or finishing.
